FAQ

Do I need special equipment?

We recommend having dumbbells or other weights, but can improvise using household items such as detergent, water bottles, canned goods, etc.
 

How do we meet?

We will provide you with a zoom link & dial-in

What if I can't make my session?

We know you are busy, and do everything we can to ensure flexibility in scheduling. We kindly ask that you do what you can to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your sessions. If we do not receive a cancellation, session fees will be charged.
