Lesson Info

During your initial consultation we will get to know you, assess your body's dynamics, understand your needs, and learn how we can tap into your strengths to advance fitness and mobility. We will review functional movements such as lunges, squats, and core, and talk through your goals. What to bring: comfortable clothing, exercise footwear, a small towel, and water.
