During your training consultation, we will get to know you, assess your body's dynamics, understand your needs, and learn how we can tap into your strengths to advance fitness and mobility. We will review functional movements such as lunges, squats, and core, and talk through your goals. Our meetings are conducted through Zoom. We will send an invite 15-minutes prior to your session. Depending on what equipment you have available, we will let you know what we will use in the session.
