What is HEALTH to you? Find out in this week’s blog. Keys to identifying HEALTH. The first thing that’ll help you in staying consistent is identifying what “HEALTH” means to you. For example, is it losing a certain amount of weight? Losing 5 inches around the waist? Gaining 10 pounds of muscle? Identify your definition of health and it WILL help you stay consistent.
