What people tend to neglect is how those people got to where they are. For instance, a bodybuilder that spends 4-8 hours a day at the gym exercising. Being shredded and having abs like a box of chocolate is how they get paid, so comparing yourself to them would be a lost cause if you don't spend as much time as them.

Every person is different, both genetically and in terms of lifestyle, priorities, and goals. What works for one individual may not work for another. Our bodies respond differently to various exercises, diets, and training regimens. Since fatherhood, my priorities have shifted towards caring for my son and daughter. However, this doesn't mean I don't prioritize my health. This means my workout has to be more structured and my diet has to be cleaner.

External sources of motivation, such as admiration for someone else's physique or the desire for validation from others, are fleeting and unreliable.
