So last time we left off at the point where we got ready for business in 13 days. Now the question we asked ourselves was how do we get people in here? Marketing was something we’ve never dealt with during our personal training career. Before Mars and myself became independent trainers, we were fortunate to be in a commercial setting where there was a abundance of people that were interested in working out. So we had exposure because we were wearing a corporate shirt in a commercial gym. Now that we don’t have that corporate brand behind us, the question we asked ourselves was, “how are we going to get new people?” Well, I don’t quite have the answer for that yet. It’s definitely a learning process; marketing and advertising. I guess that’s why there’s so many companies that specialize in it. I don’t think there’s one right way to do it, it’s just a matter of figuring out what works and take out what doesn’t work. One thing is for sure, we will be doing a lot of learning as we go in order for us to get to where we want……………….Stay tuned for more next week. -Kei
